Privacy policy

Who is responsible

copperandconduit.com is operated by Bellwether-Pacific LLC, Atlanta, Georgia. This policy took effect October 2, 2026.

What the site collects

Form entries. The chart pack form takes an email address. The contact form takes an email address, a message, and a name and page address if you give them. Form entries are stored by our host, Netlify, and read by us.

Usage measurement. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and a few actions, such as opening the chart pack. Google sets cookies to do this and receives your IP address and browser details under its own terms.

Server logs. Netlify keeps standard request logs for every site it hosts.

What we do with it

Chart pack addresses are kept as a list for chart updates. No email is being sent to that list at this time. When sending starts, this page will name the service that sends it. Every message will carry a way off the list, and the contact page works for that today.

Contact messages are used to answer you and to correct the charts.

We do not sell or rent what the forms collect.

Links to stores

No page links to a store today. When our own products are added, links to Amazon will carry an Amazon Attribution tag that tells us a sale came from this site. It does not tell us who you are. Amazon’s own privacy notice covers what happens on Amazon.

Your choices

Block or clear cookies in your browser and the charts still work. Ask us through the contact page to see, correct or delete what a form holds about you and we will do it.

Children

This site is written for adults who work on electrical equipment. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes
